Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with GAAP.
Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes in a timely manner.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Select and manage relationships with financial institutions and vendors.
Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts.
Support the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to improve performance.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in accounting software.
Guide and mentor junior accounting staff and assist in their professional development.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary updates in accounting practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master s degree preferred.
CPA or CMA certification is required.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Experience in preparing and managing budgets.
