Overview
The Senior Human Resource Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the effective functioning of the HR department and the overall alignment of HR strategies with the organization s business objectives. This position is responsible for overseeing the various HR functions, including talent management, employee development, compliance, and employee relations. The Senior HR Manager serves as a key advisor to management, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices to cultivate a positive and productive workplace culture. In addition to managing the HR team, this position requires an individual who can analyze workforce trends, develop strategic workforce plans, and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient functioning of all HR functions.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent and oversee onboarding initiatives.
  • Design and deliver employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
  • Conduct performance management processes, facilitating feedback and evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
  • Develop succession planning initiatives to maintain organizational stability.
  • Facilitate training sessions to ensure staff are knowledgeable about policies and best practices.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage HR budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Conduct workplace investigations when necessary and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand HR needs and offer tailored support.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Extensive knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee development.
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
