Job Description:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a strategic and operational role in driving the HR agenda at Pazago. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with organizational objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and hands-on execution to support a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnering:
• Collaborate with leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.

1. Talent Acquisition and Development:
• Work closely with the recruitment team to identify and onboard top talent.
• Design and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
• Drive succession planning and career development initiatives.

1. Employee Engagement and Culture:
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with Pazagos values and mission.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans to improve employee satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of engagement.

1. Performance Management:
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring fairness and effectiveness.
• Partner with managers to address performance challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

1. HR Operations and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, addressing any potential risks proactively.
• Oversee HR operations, including payroll inputs, HRIS updates, and documentation.

1. Change Management:
• Support the organization through periods of growth and change by implementing effective change management strategies.
• Drive initiatives that support organizational agility and resilience.

1. Data-Driven Insights:
• Use HR analytics to track key metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance.
• Present data-driven recommendations to improve organizational outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred).
2. 5+ years of experience in HR, including 2+ years in an HRBP or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and labor laws.
4. Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and change management.
5. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
7. Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in startups, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Familiarity with HRIS and other HR tools.
