The Manager HR Business Partner at Zee Learn Limited will act as a strategic partner to designated business units, driving people strategies that align with organizational goals. The role involves fostering a collaborative environment, enabling employee engagement, enhancing productivity, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Partnership:
    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address workforce needs, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related issues, providing guidance on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
  • Talent Management:
    • Oversee the talent acquisition process for designated verticals, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent.
    • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development discussions.
    • Identify skill gaps and design training programs to upskill employees for future readiness.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention:
    • Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Handle employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • HR Policy and Compliance:
    • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across assigned business units.
    • Stay updated on labor laws and compliance requirements, mitigating organizational risks.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions and propose solutions for improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on key HR metrics to stakeholders.
  • Culture Building:
    • Promote Zee Learn's core values and foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
