Role: Manager -HR Business Partner

Experience: 10-14 years

Location: Kolkata, India

PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Center (Bangalore) Private Limited is a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of the US firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. As internal firm services, we enable the firm to enhance PwC's ability to address the strategy, growth, and innovation agendas of its clients.

The Talent Development team is helping empower our employees. We are working on new and exciting challenges with the aim to make our Acceleration Center a great place to work and build a high performing team. We are currently a 10-member team handling all the Horizontals in our Bangalore and Mumbai AC center.

Qualifications
-Should have a good and fairly extensive, prior experience in HR Business Partner role. 

-Masters degree with HR specialization

-Experience: 10-14yrs

Position Requirements

  • Managing HC of 800-1000 staff~
  • Weekly and monthly connects with new hires to ensure smooth settling in the business. 
  • Quarterly connects with tenured professionals and high performers across levels by conducting one to one and focus group discussions.
  • Identify key priority issues faced by clients, leverage knowledge of latest developments in industry and design well thought and implementable solutions.
  • Continuously strive towards exceeding client expectations and work on high value & high visibility assignments in areas across the HR value chain.
  • Performing Attrition analysis and consulting with management on retention opportunities / strategies.
  • Employee Relations: Managing employee issues and grievances. Closely working with the Legal and risk management team to get closure on each case. 
  • Manage and close BGV discrepancy reports
  • Performance Management: Complete understanding of Performance evaluation- Bell curve fitment, Data review, PIP case management.
  • HR Data analytics: Audit HC reports, HRIS exposure, Rewards+ attrition + retention analysis to chalk out plan.
  • Global Pulse Survey (Employee survey)- Identifying problem areas, forming action plan and communication with business.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members.
  • Stakeholder management and accountability

What You’ll Need

  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR functions to deliver effective solutions.
  • Ability to lead change across a complex and matrixed environment.
  • Possess strong leadership and influential skills. 
  • Possess strong analytical skills with ability to use data proactively to address opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
  • Excellent presentation+ Excel skills (Pivot, presentation, formula) and knowledge of employment laws
  • Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
