Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the recruitment and talent acquisition function for realtor hiring.
• Develop and execute comprehensive hiring strategies to attract qualified real estate professionals.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand recruitment needs and workforce planning.
• Create job descriptions and post them on appropriate job boards and platforms.
• Design and implement employer branding strategies to position the company as a top choice for real estate professionals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and offering positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, platforms, and universities.
• Analyze market trends and implement innovative hiring practices.
• Establish metrics to track recruitment performance and optimize processes.
• Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies, goals, and diversity objectives.
• Manage a small recruitment team, providing guidance and support for talent acquisition activities.
• Report to senior management on recruitment progress, challenges, and recommendations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Experience in real estate recruitment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, market trends, and sourcing techniques.
• Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment plans for high-volume hiring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
