Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Manage multiple job openings simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in bulk hiring, campus hiring, mass hiring, sourcing profiles, talent acquisition, or talent sourcing.
  
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting creation on various platforms.
