• Role & responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all including recruitment, employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Provide guidance and support to HR team members, ensuring their professional development and growth
• To ensure all level recruitment closures , MIS reporting, Dashboard updation.
• To ensure and coordinate the development plans for the HiPots.
• Collaborate with the management team to align HR strategies with the company's goals and objectives w.r.to development of employees
• Oversee the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure use of technology solution for speed and efficiency in employee transactions.
• Address and resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
• Talent Management, succession Planning, ESS exposure.

Skills

• A Proficient in HRMS and other HR software applications.
