HR Manager
Job Description:
- We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive HR Professional to join our HR.
- Team at our Corporate office Udaipur , focusing on hiring and training new talent.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate.
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and employee information.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the HR department.
- Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the job market.
- Handle employee relations and address any issues or concerns that arise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handling end to end payroll cycle.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and principles, particularly in recruitment and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using HR software and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Education/Experience:
Qualifications:
- PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and training.
- Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Experience in developing and conducting training programs.
