The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Conduct workforce planning and analysis to identify talent gaps and future needs.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement action plans to improve employee satisfaction.
- Manage employee disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or relevant experience.
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
