Roles and responsibilities' as follows:

Responsible for ensuring that the Service Level Agreements

Responsible for revenue generation and salary cost.

Relationship Management, vender Interaction on a regular basis and updating the challenges and the nuances faced.

Also responsible for train staffing, hiring and training plans to meet Target.

Build continuous process improvement capability across the group by leading and overseeing process improvement projects; drive process improvement projects focusing on cost, quality and accuracy to completion in a timely manner.

Identify Superior Talent at Risk and take proactive measures for retention

Leading and motivating the team and ensuring all the tools for employee engagement are optimally utilized and Provide honest and timely feedback.

Mentor team development, ensure succession planning for key positions and provide hands on leadership.

Drive and support quality initiatives to keep pace with emerging business compliance requirements

Monitoring performance and quality reports and supervise to ensure that it is effective and improves performance

Monitor effective Leave Management and planning to ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet operational requirements
