Company Secretary (Male Candidate only)

Job Title: Company Secretary
Experience: Post-qualification with 2+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

Board and General Meetings:

• Preparation of agendas and detailed notes for board and general meetings.
• Drafting and maintaining accurate minutes of meetings for the board of directors and shareholders.

Regulatory Filings and Compliance:

• Preparation and filing of statutory forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and other regulatory bodies.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintenance of statutory registers and minute books in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Secretarial Audit:

• Assisting in the execution of secretarial audits, ensuring compliance with company law and regulatory requirements.

Statutory Compliance:

• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to all applicable statutory and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications:

Associate Company Secretary

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of corporate laws, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
