Job Description: Campaign Manager
Location: As per Assigned Zone Department: Direct Sales Reporting To: Campaign Lead
Role Overview:
The Campaign Manager will lead tele-calling operations and oversee comprehensive lead management strategies to consistently achieve sales targets. This role focuses on optimizing lead generation, ensuring seamless service delivery, and improving operational efficiency. The individual will also be responsible for analysing performance data, maintaining high-quality standards through training and audits, and managing BTL (Below-The-Line) activities to maximize business output and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Ensure lead servicing within defined turnaround times (TAT).
Manage cold and pull databases based on project, location, and other specifications.
Tele-calling Setup Optimization:
Oversee end-to-end tele-calling operations for dedicated projects, ensuring structured lead management practices.
Implement strategies to stimulate customer interest and meet set business objectives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Strategic Lead Management:
Ensure that all lead servicing is completed within established turnaround times (TAT).
Effectively manage and segment cold and pull databases according to project requirements, location specifics, and additional relevant factors.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct comprehensive performance reviews, identify operational gaps, and prepare detailed productivity reports.
Deliver actionable insights and node-level performance updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Training:
Design and implement robust quality control frameworks for tele-calling operations.
Organize regular training sessions and performance audits to maintain and exceed industry benchmarks.
Revenue-Driven Call Center Operations:
Lead the call center team to achieve revenue targets through efficient cold calling and lead management processes.
Utilize diverse databases to extract business intelligence and enhance operational effectiveness.
BTL Activities & Operational Efficiency:
Supervise BTL initiatives directly related to the call center to support lead generation and sales outcomes.
Ensure precise management of operational timelines by optimizing Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) processes across activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduation; MBA preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years in Real Estate, with hands-on experience in Presales/Tele sales.
In-depth knowledge of customer behavior patterns and decision-making processes in the real estate sector
Skills and Competencies:
Comprehensive understanding of call center operations and expertise in dialer system technologies.
Technologically proficient with the ability to quickly adapt to emerging tools and platforms.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, with strong language proficiency.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently address and resolve customer issues.
Flexible and willing to travel within the designated city or cluster as required.Ability to perform in high-pressure environments while meeting tight deadlines.
