The Opportunity:

The Head of Finance will craft and execute a sophisticated financial strategy across Blox Group's dynamic business units, including digital brokerage, real estate development management, and core technology product development. This role is pivotal in fostering the company's financial health and strategic expansion.

Core Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies that support the diverse business operations, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals.

- Lead fund raising efforts, cultivate investor relations, and conduct comprehensive due diligence to secure and expand financial resources.

- Manage financial compliance across multiple jurisdictions, focusing on RBI and FEMA regulations in India and applicable laws in Singapore and the UAE.

- Utilize financial metrics such as contribution margins and cash flows to drive business decisions and enhance profitability.

- Ensure accurate financial reporting, effective risk management, and adherence to budgets.

What You Bring:

- MBA from a prestigious institution such as Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, IIM, or ISB, supplemented by a professional qualification like CA or CPA.

- Extensive experience as Head of Finance / CFO in high-growth environments, particularly in tech or real estate startups that have achieved unicorn status.

- Proficient in navigating complex financial landscapes within multifaceted business structures.

- Demonstrated expertise in strategic fundraising, investor engagement, and navigating international financial regulations.

- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills, capable of managing intricate financial operations and making high-stakes decisions.
