Job Description: Closing Manager
Location: As per Assigned Zone
Department: Direct Sales
Reporting To: Zonal Head
Role Overview:
As a Closing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful property sales closures. By facilitating effective communication between potential customers and developer sales teams, you will help bridge gaps, address concerns, and enhance the customer experience during revisits. This role requires a customer-centric approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage site visits across assigned zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Revisits Coordination:

  • Attend all revisits with potential customers to developer sites.
  • Identify and document key gaps or concerns that are hurdles to successful closures.
  • Act as a mediator to address issues between the customer and the developer's sales team.


Closing Deals On-Site:

  • Accompany customers to various developer sites within the assigned zones.
  • Drive revisits and actively engage with potential clients to close deals effectively.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with the sales team and contribute to meeting revenue targets.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and management of multiple site visits as per customer schedules.



Follow-up and Relationship Management:

  • Conduct timely follow-ups with revisited customers to address their questions or concerns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential buyers to encourage conversions.


Video Content Assistance:

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to assist in the creation of engaging video content for campaigns.
  • Provide on-site support during video shoots and ensure alignment with brand messaging.


Feedback and Reporting:

  • Provide actionable insights and feedback to internal teams based on revisits and customer interactions.
  • Share updates on the progress and challenges in closures with relevant stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, customer engagement, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour and decision-making in real estate.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned zones.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and schedules simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting software.
