Job Description: Campaign Lead
Location: As per Assigned Zone Department: Direct Sales Reporting To: Campaign Head
Role Overview:
The Campaign Lead is responsible for leading and optimizing call center operations, managing lead pipelines, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth in the real estate sector. The role requires achieving sales targets, enhancing customer experience, and improving key business metrics through data-driven strategies. The Campaign Lead will oversee multiple call centers, ensure efficient lead servicing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Ensure lead servicing within defined turnaround times (TAT).
Manage cold and pull databases based on project, location, and other specifications.
Call Center Management and Business Generation:
Oversee the operations of multiple call centers handling diverse lines of business to drive revenue growth.
Implement best practices and ensure consistent performance across all centers, aligning operations with the overall business objectives.
Monitor daily activities, optimize workforce management, and ensure seamless collaboration between teams to maximize output.
Target Achievement and Performance Management
Accountable for meeting and exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets within the assigned cluster, zone, or city.
Develop performance plans for teams, ensuring regular reviews and realignment of goals based on market trends and business requirements.
Establish action plans to address performance gaps and improve sales efficiency.
Strategic Planning and Execution
Design and execute data-driven strategies focusing on lead generation, nurturing existing leads, and managing customer portfolios.
Enhance the customer experience journey by implementing personalized engagement plans and tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales processes, resulting in higher lead conversion rates.
KPI Optimization and Business Metrics Improvement
Consistently monitor and improve key performance indicators such as Cost of Acquisition (COA), Net Revenue to Cost ratios, Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR), and Economic Value Added (EVA).
Conduct detailed analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue optimization, ensuring sustainable growth.
Implement innovative approaches to streamline processes, reduce operational costs, and maximize profitability.
Lead Management and Market Penetration
Drive the achievement of overall sales targets through effective lead management, including fresh lead generation and digital lead handling.
Ensure proper lead allocation among sales teams to maximize conversion potential while maintaining customer loyalty and retention.
Utilize digital marketing insights and customer feedback to penetrate new markets and strengthen brand presence in assigned territories.
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduation; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5-6 years in Real Estate, with hands-on experience in Presales/Tele sales.
Comprehensive understanding of customer behavior trends and decision-making dynamics within the real estate sector.
Skills and Competencies:
Comprehensive understanding of call center operations and expertise in dialer system technologies.
Technologically proficient with the ability to quickly adapt to emerging tools and platforms.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, with strong language proficiency.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently address and resolve customer issues.
Flexible and willing to travel within the designated city or cluster as required.
Ability to perform in high-pressure environments while meeting tight deadlines.
