Job Description: Campaign Executive

Location: As per Assigned Zone
Department: Direct Sales
Reporting To: Campaign Lead

Role Overview:

The Campaign Executive is responsible for managing tele-calling operations, lead generation, and ensuring timely lead service to meet sales targets. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, conducting gap analysis, and overseeing quality control and training within the call center. Additionally, the Campaign Executive will handle BTL activities, derive business insights from databases, and ensure smooth revenue generation through effective call center management.

Key Responsibilities:

Tele-calling Setup Management:

  • Drive tele-calling operations for specific projects or lead management.
  • Generate customer needs to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business goals.

Lead Management:

  • Ensure lead servicing within defined turnaround times (TAT).
  • Manage cold and pull databases based on project, location, and other specifications.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Present performance reports, gap analyses, productivity metrics, and node-level movement updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Quality Control & Training:

  • Oversee quality assurance and training across the tele-calling team.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain required benchmarks.

Revenue Generation through Call Centre Operations:

  • Manage call centre operations to drive revenue through cold calling and lead management.
  • Derive business insights from various databases to enhance output.

BTL (Below-The-Line) Activities Management:

  • Lead BTL marketing activities related to the call centre.
  • Ensure effective Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) management for all operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduation ; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years in Real Estate with Presales/Tele sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour and decision-making in real estate.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Familiarity with call centre operations and dialer system technology
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned city/cluster
