Position Name: Assistant Manager - International Business Development

Location: Wagholi, Kesnand, Pune


Roles and Responsibilities:


International Market Expansion:

    • Identify, evaluate, and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors.

Client Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve business objectives.

Business Development:

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
    • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Market Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
    • Recommend business strategies based on market insights.

Proposal and Negotiations:

    • Prepare RFQs, proposals, and agreements for international clients.
    • Lead negotiation processes to close deals effectively.

Networking:

    • Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the companys products and services.
    • Collaborate with government agencies and export councils to enhance business outreach.

Reporting and Coordination:

    • Provide regular updates and reports to the senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
    • Coordinate with internal departments like production, quality, and logistics to ensure timely delivery to clients.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of international trade practices, export documentation, and global business regulations.
  • Experience in dealing with precision components or related products .
  • Proven track record in international sales and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA in International Business (preferred).
