Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our business closure initiatives in the IT and marketing sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategies, client relationship management, and sales processes. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marketing sector.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and targets.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients, showcasing our marketing services.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the marketing industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
