Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving growth, enhancing client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies tailored to our firm services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients in the financial and accounting sectors.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and expertise.
• Networking: Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to represent MC Jain and Company and establish valuable connections.
• Collaboration: Work closely with partners and senior management to align business development initiatives with the firm strategic goals.
• Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media outreach.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze business development metrics, providing regular reports on progress and recommendations for improvement.
• Contract Negotiation: Support the negotiation process with clients to secure favourable terms and establish long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in business development, marketing, or sales within a CA firm is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the financial services or accounting industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
