Admin & Support Services-Head

- Responsibility for the entire Security Operations of Plant Security by Liaisoning up with internal and external stakeholders for smooth functioning within plant and area under plant premises. To continuously research & develop on new technologies in the market & ensure the right balance between physical & automated security operations, implementation & management of Access Control System for company & contract employees both.

- Proactively assess the changing socio-political & administrative coalitions and tactfully maintain active network & boundary management relations, Protect the company's land from un-authorized encroachment/ outsiders.

- To protect the plant premises with the intrusion attempts and breach of security. To deal with the internal and external threat to protect People, Property and information. To maintain traffic flow in the complex and ensure Zero traffic incident. Impress upon them, the requirement of having more stringent systems and checks. Modify the existing procedures with minimum turbulence in the industrial relationship. Ensure availability of a trained motivated security team.
