There are more dislikes about organisation .

Dislikes

No Employee Engagement Activities. Salary Credit issues. Salary is cutoff for every leave you take No Rewards and Recognition. Employees are not respected No comp offs for weekend workings or extra hours . Demotivating culture.

This is the worst company to work with. Your salary will be on hold for good knows how long, with any explanation what so ever. Keep away if you ever receive a call from them.

It was overall a very interesting and learning experience working there. But they do not considered there employees efforts they judge every individual by revenue generated by them. They simply ignore the efforts.
