Commercial Manager - Solar/Renewable Energy Sector (8-12 yrs)

Contract Management:

- Negotiate and manage contracts with Intercompany for EPC, Supply, Operation & Maintenance Project management Consultancy etc on Arm length basis.

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial forecasts and organizational goals for respective projects.

- Transaction Structuring considering bankability, tax outflow.

- Preparation of RFS, RFQ, and managing entire tendering Process

- Cost Control and Monitoring for respective Project with MIS

- Invoicing and collection for EPC, Supply, PMC, O &M etc.

- Implement and maintain effective risk management processes and controls.

- Engagement lenders Consultants like LIE, LIA and LLC and resolving their queris for funding of respective projects.

- Stakeholder Management

- Communicate financial and commercial performance to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.

Qualifications & Exposure:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial management role, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector

- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

- Project Management: Experience managing complex projects with a focus on commercial and financial outcomes.
