Project Engineering Manager - Oil & Gas/Refinery/Chemical Sector (15-30 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Engineering Leadership: Lead engineering teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical excellence.

- Project Oversight: Manage engineering from concept to execution, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and deadlines.

- Technical Expertise: Provide advanced problem-solving and stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation.

- Team Management: Mentor and develop staff, promoting a high-performance team environment.

- Budget and Resource Management: Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to manage expectations.

- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and promote a safety culture.

- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control for engineering deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, etc.). A Master's degree or certifications (PE, PMP) is a plus.

- Experience: 22+ years in engineering management within the oil & gas, refinery, or chemical sectors.
