Project Head - Coworking Spaces (15-25 yrs)

Overview: The Head of Project will oversee and manage complex interior design projects from conception to completion. This role involves leading project teams, and coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key deliverables:

Project Planning and Coordination:

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

Design Management:

- Oversee the design process, ensuring that all design work meets client expectations and company standards.

- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and materials.

Budget and Cost Control:

- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates and financial reports.

- Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures as needed.

Project Execution:

- Supervise the execution of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to plans, timelines, and quality standards.

Quality Assurance:

- Strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and material specifications.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Minimum qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience in project management of 6+ years, with a track record of successful project delivery.
