Projects Head - Construction (16-22 yrs)

Looking for a B.E. / B.Tech Civil with minimum 16 years experience in Construction of Residential / School/ Colleges/ Hospitality projects. Someone who has managed multiple projects simultaneously would be highly preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidate shall have overall responsibility for execution of greenfield development and asset upgradation works. Key roles and responsibilities shall include liasioning with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive the following:

Project design brief:

- Identification and appointment of project vendors such as PMC consultants, QS, contractors, consultants, architects etc.

- Preparation of GFC Drawings

- Project cost budgeting with detailed BOQ Project life cycle planning

- Monitoring project execution from timelines and cost perspective; identifying and rectifying avenues of deviation

Additional requirements:

- Work experience with a reputed real estate developer (regional or Pan India), with track record of delivering completed projects from start to finish especially residential with a preference for low cost housing.

- Candidate should be comfortable building relationships with external stakeholders as this role would require significant collaboration with university personnel

- Candidate should have significant experience building and managing project execution teams especially outsourced teams.
