- Co-ordination with Various Consultant, Architect, Contractors & others agencies and users for freezing requirements.

- Development of vendors for various products from a quality aspect point of view.

- Identification of new product for building applications.

- Controlling of the Project cost for civil, furniture, MEP & allied works.

- Overall Project coordination and management for timely completion within the budgeted cost.

- Verification and Certification of the Bills.

- To emphasis on adherence of safety norms during execution of project.

- Timely execution of the Project.

- Up gradation & modification of existing facilities to meet user's requirements.

- Tender Preparation of all utilities, engineering services, technical evaluation of all the vendor and appointment of agencies.
