Responsible for financial statement preparation and consolidation:

- Management analysis of periodical financial statement

- Preparation of statements related to Tax Audit, cost audit.

-Preparation of income tax return & details of income tax assessment.

-Handling routine work in relation to accounts, business analysis and finalization of accounts.

-Prepare & review TDS return data and GST return Data.

- Analysis of annual capex & revenue budgets

- Preparing & reviewing periodical MIS statements/reports/presentations for board/ investors communications etc.

- Preparation of various business reports like integrated annual report covering management discussion & analysis, business responsibility & sustainability report, etc.

- Financial forecasting & projections, Valuation models etc.

- Competitor analysis, tracking of industry reports, regulatory updates etc.

- knowledge sharing via news, updates on power sector etc.

- Assisting in risk management activities - preparation of risk management ppt for risk committee, co-ordination with various units, etc.

-Familiarity of IND AS.
