A technical lead is given the responsibility of taking charge of the technical teams. However, their duties significantly vary according to the condition of the industry.
Manages and directs team in the planning, CI and sustainability of the systems infrastructure, including long range planning and budgeting. Demonstrates expertise in areas of Cost reduction, Business excellence, Quality assurance & systems, Customers technical services, Environment management & sustainability. Drives innovation center. Partnering with other FHs.

- Manage unit planning & budgeting
- Engaging with commercial team for technology procurement.
- Stay updated with latest technological developments.
- Monitor close scrutiny of developments and events within the industry which will impact on future business opportunity, legislation or trading practices.
- Review & ensure accurate recording of plant performance, job costing and activities to exceed customer expectation by Technical Service Department.
- Work on strategy for sustainable improvement to meet profit targets.
- Determine all the project requirements while significantly developing work schedules for the team.
- Keep up with the latest industry trends and developments.
- Environment & Sustainability - Ensure business continuity in a sustained manner.
- Guide Quality assurance, Customer technical services & SPC departments to be proactive for potential customer complains & appropriate preventive actions, to resolve customer issues & for continuous improvements.
- Plan and budget improvement projects for the financial year for implementation (CAPEX & OPEX both)
