HR & ER is a strategic business partner responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resources and Industrial Relation for a reputed Manufacturing company having multiple sites/factories across India.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all necessary paperwork, employee communications, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports, workers compensation claims, and return to work programs is completed
- Strategic HR Business Partnering : Partner with the Plant Head to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the plant's business objectives and overall company goals.
Talent Acquisition & Management :
- Lead the recruitment and selection process for all plant-level positions
- Develop and implement talent management programs, including succession planning.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Manage all aspects of compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
