Location: Bennett University, Greater Noida

Position Overview:

- Bennett University is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head to oversee and manage its infrastructure and construction-related projects. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in project management, leadership, and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with the university's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all phases of infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution of projects.

- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

- Utilize project management tools and techniques for effective monitoring and reporting.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

- Review and approve project designs, plans, and drawings.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background:

- B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution (mandatory).

- Advanced Construction Management (ACM) from NICMAR (preferred).

- Degree/Diploma in Architecture and Design (added advantage).

- Technical Skills:-

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design tools (preferred).

Experience:

- 15-20 years of work experience in overall project management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or academic projects.

- Core Competencies:-

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and efficiency.
