Bennett University - Manager - CSR & Fundraising (4-15 yrs)

- Primary and secondary research to generate target list of qualified prospects across the various segments -CSR, HNI etc

- Ability to leverage resources and networks, including online portals and listings to generate intelligence and knowhow - ET 500, Fortune 500, Capital Markets, etc

- Ability to qualify prospects to strengthen the fundraising and outreach efforts

- Manage the target prospect lists and adding new segment lists

- Maintain the pipeline trackers

- Assist in developing communication products

- Assist in executing the CSR strategy developing the CSR programmes

- Prospect outreach- emailing , calls for new prospect meetings

- Keeping track of leads/ prospects generated

- Prepare bespoke CSR presentations/ proposals

- Co-ordination for the prospect events

- Achieving fundraising targets

Co-ordinating internally for the pledge letters/MOUs

- Co-ordinating with the internal teams to complete the donor onboarding process

- Ensuring donor data is in place for compliance purposes

- To organise campus visits for prospects and donors

- Sending timely updates to donors and ensure communications are going as per the tracker

Capturing real-time updates and maintaining repository of prospects and their contact details

- Create/update Donor engagement tracker, and market intel report

Maintain the documentation of the meetings, minutes of meeting etc

- Liaise with colleagues on campus to get the necessary information/updates
