Job Summary:

Bennett University is seeking an Admissions and Outreach Manager to lead enrolment efforts for UG and PG programs in the Indore region. The successful candidate will work on developing outreach strategies, building relationships with potential students, and ensuring efficient management of the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Strategy for UG & PG:

- Develop and execute a recruitment strategy specifically for UG and PG enrolments in the Indore region.

- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes for UG and PG outreach.

- Develop initiatives to engage with potential applicants and build a pipeline of candidates.

Outreach Activities:

- Organize and lead outreach programs, including seminars, campus tours, webinars, and education fairs in Indore.

- Represent Bennett University at events, workshops, and educational exhibitions targeting UG and PG prospects.

- Collaborate with local educational organizations and industry experts to enhance the university's visibility.

Lead Management and Counselling:

- Efficiently manage inquiries and leads generated from outreach efforts.

- Counsel students and parents about the UG and PG programs, application processes, and scholarship opportunities.

- Monitor and track leads through CRM, ensuring proper follow-up and conversion.

Admissions Process Coordination:

- Oversee the entire admission process for UG and PG applications, ensuring accurate and timely review of applications.

- Work with academic departments to align admissions strategies and criteria with program objectives.

- Organize and participate in selection events, including interviews and assessments for prospective students.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare reports on enrolment targets, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness for senior management.

- Use data to adjust strategies and improve outreach performance in the region.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing, academic, and student services teams to ensure an aligned approach to outreach and admissions.

- Provide insights from the Indore region to inform university-wide enrolment strategies.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Education - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience :

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in admissions, outreach, or education marketing, ideally focused on UG and PG enrolments.

Communication Skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.

Tech Skills - Proficiency in CRM and digital marketing tools is desirable.

Travel - Willingness to travel within the Indore region for outreach events and meetings.
