Stefanini IT Solutions - Manager - Bid & Pursuit (9-10 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic Bid and Pursuit Manager to lead our proposal efforts and drive success in securing new business.

In this role, you will coordinate input from various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance, and delivery teams, ensuring a cohesive and compelling proposal process.

Location- Noida/ Hyderbad/ Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to manage and strengthen relationships.

- Participate in end-to-end bid management for global medium to large deals, contributing to our Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

- Develop reusable assets such as proposal templates, pricing models, and approaches to streamline response efforts.

- Serve as the proposal coordinator, liaising with Centers of Excellence (COEs), Practice Heads, Solution Architects, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for solution development.

Requirements:

- Over 9 years of experience in Proposal/Bid Management and RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ).

- Demonstrated expertise in managing global bids is essential.

- Proven track record of managing winning proposals, attending proposal kick-off meetings, participating in storyboarding sessions, and overseeing final document reviews.

- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a keen ability to think creatively.

- Strong attention to detail, urgency, and the ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
