Mobile Device Management Engineer (4-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain mobile device management (MDM) solutions for a diverse range of devices (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS) using a platform like Workspace ONE.

- Develop and enforce mobile device security policies, including device encryption, password complexity, remote wipe, and app whitelisting/blacklisting.

- Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues, including device enrollment, app deployments, and policy enforcement problems.

- Integrate MDM with other enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Exchange, and SIEM.

- Automate MDM tasks using scripting languages (e.g, Python, PowerShell) and APIs.

- Provide end-user support for mobile devices and MDM-related issues.

- Stay current on the latest MDM technologies, security best practices, and industry trends.

- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new MDM solutions and technologies.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of MDM-related documentation and training materials.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of MDM principles and technologies.

- Hands-on experience with a leading MDM platform (Workspace ONE preferred).

- Experience with mobile device operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS).

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions.

- Knowledge of enterprise mobility management (EMM) concepts.

- Experience with mobile application development.

- Relevant industry certifications (e.g, VMware AirWatch Certified Professional)
