Rapyuta Robotics - Microsoft Solutions Architect - Power Platform (4-6 yrs)

We lead the pick-assist AMR market in Japan and are backed by Goldman Sachs, Sony, and Yaskawa as investors. We are opening a global hub in Chennai, an independent center to enable our global expansion.

We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist with a strong background in Microsoft solutions and a knack for strategic thinking to join our IT team.

This role is critical in building and managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring system security and efficiency, and supporting our company's growth and innovation goals.

Role and Responsibilities :

Solution Development :

- Design and implement IT solutions based on Microsoft technologies, including customer service, help desk, project management, attendance, and customer portals.

- Utilize Power Apps and Power Automate to develop and customize solutions.

Strategic IT and Tools Planning :

- Contribute to the development of IT strategies, selection of tools and services, vendor selection, negotiation, and management.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting :

- Provide technical and troubleshooting support for staff to ensure business continuity.

IT Security and Compliance :

- Implement and manage security measures, conduct regular security audits, ensure compliance and adherence to IT best practices.

Rollout and Migration :

- Facilitate seamless migrations and new software rollouts to staff.

IT Inventory and Budget Management :

- Manage IT inventory, supplies, and records.

- Assist in planning and managing the IT budget, generating periodic reports, and ensuring cost-effective procurement and utilization of IT resources.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience (4 to 6 years) as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or similar role, with a strong background in Microsoft solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Experience with or knowledge of at least one scripting/programming language (e., PowerShell, Python, Bash, JavaScript) and operating systems (Windows and Linux), Azure, Active Directory.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong task management skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.

- Willingness to stay updated with the latest technologies and IT management practices.

- Willing to work from the office.

- Project management and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in strategic IT planning, policy development, and compliance management (GDPR, ISO 27001).

- Relevant professional certifications.

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
