Job Description :
Urgent Opening for Sr Cloud Consultant ( O365 Specialist ) Cloud 9 Infosystems is a full-service consultancy specializing in end-to-end solutions for Companies looking to build, migrate, manage, secure, and optimize their Digital Cloud strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the enrollment of a wide range of devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) into Microsoft Intune.
- Configure device profiles for settings like Wi-Fi, VPN, and security policies based on organizational needs.
- Implement automated processes for device provisioning and setup, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Deploy, configure, and manage both in-house and third-party applications through Intune.
- Create and enforce app protection policies to secure corporate apps on personal devices (BYOD).
- Implement application lifecycle management, including updates, configuration, and removal.
- Configure Conditional Access policies to enforce access restrictions based on device compliance and other conditions (i.e., location, risk level).
- Ensure that only compliant devices can access corporate resources like email, files, and apps.
- Troubleshoot and fine-tune conditional access policies based on organizational requirements.
- Integrate Intune with other enterprise systems and cloud services like Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Defender for enhanced security and management.
- Work closely with other IT teams (i.e., network, security, helpdesk) to ensure seamless operation and compliance across all managed devices.
- Collaborate with business units to understand mobility and security needs, providing solutions through Intune configurations.
- Manage the entire device lifecycle, from provisioning and onboarding to decommissioning devices that are no longer in use.
- Automate tasks to ensure efficient handling of devices, including updates and removals.
- Handle device retirement and wipe processes for lost, stolen, or decommissioned devices to ensure company data is protected.
- Continuously stay updated on new features and best practices within Microsoft Intune and the broader enterprise mobility management space.
- Recommend improvements to the organization's mobility strategy by leveraging new Intune capabilities or features.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, or others as required by the organization's industry.
Required Skills and Knowledge :
- In-depth experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
- Strong understanding of device management and security policies, including mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of security protocols, encryption, conditional access, and VPN.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports using Intune's monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues related to device management.
Work Location : Ghatkopar (Onsite)
Working days : 5 days a week, Work from Home on 1st and 3rd Saturday if needed, not necessary.
