We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure AD Administrator to join our Enterprise Infrastructure team.
This role is ideal for an expert with a proven track record in Azure AD management and a deep understanding of enterprise-level identity and access management solutions.
Job Responsibilities :
- Utilize advanced hardware and software troubleshooting knowledge to support users
- Support enterprise Active Directory, Office 365, Azure AD, Identity and Access Management, Scripting and Automation, and Cloud Architecture, and Forefront Identity Management (FIM) environment.
- Act as Second Level Liaison between client, and service provider.
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365 and FIM platform backups.
- Define, write and maintain PPM (Process and Procedure Manual) for the project
- Assigned special projects
- Analyze systems, review and implement improvements or upgrades to enhance user experience and to prevent capacity issues
- Participate in rotating On-Call schedule and assist in after-hours Monthly Maintenance
- Primary Lead in training and mentoring less-experienced members of the team.
- Primary Lead in assigned special projects.
- Analyze systems, reviews and participates in the implementation of improvements or upgrades to enhance user experience and to prevent capacity issues

- A proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and managing Azure AD solutions for large enterprises.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure AD features, including advanced identity protection, conditional access policies, and custom roles.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex identity and access management solutions, including RBAC, access governance, and privileged identity management (PIM).
- Proficiency in integrating Azure AD with various Microsoft and non-Microsoft services, including Azure, Office 365, and third-party applications.
- In-depth knowledge of directory synchronization methods, including Azure AD Connect and Azure AD Domain Services.
- Experience in architecting and managing complex directory structures for multi-domain and multi-forest environments.
- Strong understanding of Azure AD security features and a history of implementing robust security measures.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and the ability to ensure Azure AD is compliant with them.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other relevant tools for Azure AD management and reporting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cloud architecture and the ability to design highly available, resilient, and scalable Azure AD solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Skills, Licenses, Knowledge, Education and Training Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor"s degree in any IT related field or has the equivalent experience
- 8+ years" experience with Active Directory and Windows environment
- 6+ years" experience with Azure AD, Identity and Access Management, Scripting and Automation, and Cloud Architecture
- 6+ years" experience with LAN/WAN environment including routing and security protocols
- 6+ years" experience knowledge of server, network and voice technology solutions
- Experience with Active Directory scripting
- MCSA Certification required
- ITIL certification preferred
