Leasing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in marketing and promoting properties to potential tenants.
• Conduct property tours and showings to prospective tenants.
• Support the leasing process from inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a smooth tenant experience.
• Prepare leasing documents, agreements, and related paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease agreements.
• Assist in addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in leasing, real estate, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
