Job Description: General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage sales for resedential and commercial projects.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets through channel partnerships and direct marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of real estate marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive real estate landscape.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients to drive property acquisitions and sales.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales (residential sales, commercial real estate).
• Strong understanding of channel partnerships, commercial sales, property acquisition, property marketing, real estate marketing, and residential sales.
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
