Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO/SCO Specialist to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our website and online presence to enhance search engine rankings and visibility. Your efforts will directly impact lead generation, web traffic, and conversions. You will leverage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SCO (Search Conversion Optimization) strategies to maximize the digital reach of our real estate properties and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Page SEO Optimization:
  
• Optimize the content and structure of real estate listings, property pages, blogs, and landing pages.
• Ensure all pages are SEO-friendly by implementing best practices, keyword optimization, and user-friendly design.
• Conduct keyword research specific to the real estate industry and target geographic locations.
• Off-Page SEO & Link Building:
  
• Develop and execute a link-building strategy to improve domain authority and backlink quality.
• Establish relationships with relevant industry sites and local business directories for guest posts and backlinks.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Track key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) and prepare regular reports on performance.
• Use data insights to continuously improve SEO strategies and maximize ROI.

• Stay Updated on SEO Trends:
  
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and new tools/technologies, especially in the real estate industry.
