The management celebrates birthday, festivals and takes part in it which feels very warm and homely.

Dislikes

No standards of office management is followed, no learnings, school type setup and employees feels like the head principle is watching all the time. No HR policies - they deduct salary even when you are 5 minutes late. No qualified HR team, no office decorum, everyone is terified all the time.
