The casual approach of their each and every other employee. I don't work for JLL however they are our contractor and believe me when I say I haven't seen anything worst than these guys. Absolutely non professional, lethargic and clueless about their roles and responsibilities at site.

Dislikes

As a result of their manipulative puppet management we removed them from our contract totally and got 1 million dollars wasted over ten eleven months. They are absolutely not fot for any other job except Facility Management.

Only thing good about this firm is cab facility. The 4.1 rating is because most of that is coming from facility management. THIS IS A WORST COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO IT FINANCIAL WORKING PERIOD.

READ BEFORE JOINING - No care for employees. In the month where fog levels are high they force employees to come to office risking their life's for the work which can be done from home. - If you take leave then you have to compensate for that and no extra pay so virtually you don't get any leaves. - They trust their employees so much that you have tracker in your laptop counting away time. - Poor Managers. - Odd work hours + No incentives.
