Job Title: Leasing Associate/Manager (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Marketing:
• Proactively identify and pursue new leasing opportunities through various channels, including online marketing, networking, cold calling, and broker relationships.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
• Maintain a database of prospective tenants and track leasing activities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
• Property Showings & Tenant Interaction:
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing property features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and brokers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and requests.
• Qualify prospective tenants and assess their suitability.
• Lease Negotiation & Closing:
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate lease execution and tenant move-in processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Portfolio Management:
• Monitor occupancy rates and identify opportunities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Manage tenant relationships and address any tenant issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with property management team to ensure smooth property operations.
• Prepare regular leasing reports, including occupancy reports, leasing pipeline updates, and market analysis.
• Financial Management:
• Assist in the development of annual leasing budgets.
• Track leasing expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor rent collection and address any delinquencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate leasing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
