Assistant Sales Manager

Assistant Sales Manager will support the Sales Manager in overseeing the sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager in driving sales goals and targets. Provide daily support and guidance to the sales team to ensure individual and collective targets are met.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and teamwork. Assist in assigning leads, follow-ups, and closing strategies.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Address client inquiries, provide information on available properties, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Provide valuable insights to help shape sales strategies.
• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Training & Development: Assist in training new sales team members on company processes, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Reporting: Assist with the preparation of sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasting. Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing property listings, client databases, and coordinating property viewings.
• Negotiations & Closures: Participate in negotiations and assist in the closing of sales deals, ensuring all transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently.
