We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our team in a Sales Role within the luxury real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing innovative strategies, and building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and key stakeholders.
This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, UHNWIs, and corporate clients.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Identify and target potential clients through networking, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Develop and execute initiatives to expand the company's presence in domestic and international markets.
- Represent the brand at high-profile events and luxury real estate expos.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior leadership.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales or related industries, with a focus on strategy and business development.
- Strong network with HNIs & channel partners/industry influencers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis & sales forecasting.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales growth in a competitive environment.
