Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Client Services Associates or Managers with daily tasks including but not limited to:
✓ Assist with calling candidates currently going through onboarding to give background check updates.
✓ Assist with phone screening, prepping, and coaching of candidates.
✓ Assist with debriefing candidates at the conclusion of their interview.
✓ Assist with calendar scheduling.
Help with all other miscellaneous tasks that the Client Services team may need help with: ✓ Spotlight calls.
✓ Prepping candidates for their interview.
✓ Updating internal systems.
Manage and run training accounts:
✓ Working directly with the MSP team as the main point of contact.
✓ Coordination between the MSP team and recruitment.
✓ Ensure SLAs are met for their client portfolio.
Other Requirements:
✓ Must be comfortable spending 75% of time on the phone.
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✓ Familiar with US time zones ( PST/ EST/ CST).
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
✓ Minimum 1 year of experience in dealing with International clients/customers
✓ Must be comfortable spending 75% of time on the phone
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓ Flexible & Aggressive
✓ Excellent communication skills (Spoken and Written)
✓ Work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment
✓ Have a knack for learning and staying up to date with new technologies
✓ Professional, Adaptable and Resilient - able to take no for an answer yet still
apply 100% effort throughout the workday
✓ Goal oriented; have a burning desire to be successful
✓ Advanced computer skills especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook.
✓ Highly motivated individual able to grasp complex technologies, tools or
knowledge and learn quickly
✓ Must have a demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
✓ Willing to work in night shifts
