Client Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison between the company and its clients, understanding their needs and ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, and sales) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to drive additional revenue.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic recommendations to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role, preferably in retail, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.

• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
