Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager / Client Servicing Specialist with a strong background in IT projects and client relationship management. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end client engagements, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable project plans.
• Manage and execute IT and digital marketing projects with a focus on timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align resources and maintain project schedules.
• Regularly communicate project updates to clients, addressing any issues proactively.
• Travel as required to meet with clients, understand their requirements, and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Provide post-project support and maintain ongoing client engagement to ensure long-term satisfaction and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in project management and client servicing, specifically for IT projects.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills to manage and foster client relationships.
• Availability for Travel: Open to frequent travel as required by project demands.
• Preferred Location: Gurgaon-based candidates are preferred for ease of commuting to our office and client locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within a digital marketing agency or IT services environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
