Client Service Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Implement and manage the delivery plans as outlined by the Account Manager.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet the client's expectations.
• -Internal & External Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with clients via Calls, Email and WhatsApp, as necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely service delivery.
• Taking feedback, briefs from the client and debriefing it to the internal team and making sure that the action plans are clear.
• -Meeting Minutes and Updates:
• Create and distribute Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) to clients and internal teams.
• Provide timely updates to all stakeholders via Email for the MOM update
  Reporting:
• Update and manage weekly trackers to monitor progress and performance.
• Assist reporting manager in the alignment and creation of monthly reports for clients.
  Issue Escalation:
• Identify and escalate red flags or issues to the Account Manager promptly.
• Work with the Account Manager to develop solutions for any problems that arise.
  Workflow Initiation and Planning:
• Initiate workflows in collaboration with Operations, Team Leads, and the Account Manager.

Ensure all team members are aligned with the project goals and timelines.
